As our products are made to order:

Orders may only be cancelled within the applicable cancellation window and before production begins.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Final Sale products are not eligible for return or cancellation except where required by applicable law or where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
